Ada Lorraine Smith was born on August 3, 1929 at Corning, Arkansas the daughter of Joseph and Maudie (Radford) Jeffrey and passed away on April 9, 2013 at Farmington at the age of 83 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Samuel Smith whom she was united in marriage to on August 7, 1948 at St. Louis, one brother Frank Jeffrey, and one sister Lottie Jeffrey Walker. Ada is survived by one son Randall M. Smith of Fredericktown, two daughters Karen Ann Smith DeClue of Fredericktown and Sanda Kay Smith Daily of Fairbanks, Alaska, one sister Marie Moore of St. Charles, Missouri. Also six (6) grandchildren, seven (7) great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren. Ada enjoyed knitting, crossword puzzles, Cardinal Baseball, and playing cards.
