Obituary

Amma Gladys Cooley, 90, of Fredericktown, Missouri died February 1, 2010 at Ozark Manor.
She married Elba Alberts Cooley on February 16, 1938.  He preceded her in death on December 3, 1960.  She later married Bill Cooley who also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Cooley was born December 10, 1919 at East Moline, Illinois, daughter of Leon and Barbara Jones.
Her parents, two brothers, two sisters, one daughter, one son, two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren also preceded  her in death.
She is survived by one daughter, Shirley (John) Barnesof Fredericktown, one sister, Barbara Hochberger of Jackson, Missouri, three step-sons, Mike, Tony, and Brandy Cooley, many grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
Mrs. Cooley was baptized in 1935 and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Marquand.
She enjoyed quilting, sewing, working cross word puzzles, and most of all her family.
She lived her life as a compassionate person, tirelessly giving to all she came in contact with.
She worked several years at Angelica Uniform Company in Summersville, Missouri and retired from the Baptist Home in Ironton as a nurse's aide.


VISITATION will be held after 5:00 P.M. Friday February 5, 2010 at the Follis and Sons Funeral Home

SERVICES will be held at 7:30 P.M. Friday February 5, 2010 at the Follis and Sons Funeral Home

INTERMENT will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday February 6, 2010 at the Summersville Cemetery.
