Andrew S. Fox was born on October 24, 1989, at Bangor, Maine, the son of Brenda Lee Ballard, and Jeffrey Scott Fox, and passed away on March 17, 2023, at the age of 33 years.

Andrew was preceded in death by his grandmother, Alice Caron, his step-father, Randy Ballard, and his grandmother, Patricia Turner.

Andrew is survived by his parents, one (1) son, Luca Scott Fox, age four, and his mother Hayley Elizabeth Kirkland, two (2) daughters, Makaila Lynne-Marie Fox, age fourteen, Addison Shea Fox, age twelve, and one (1) sister, Heidi May Fox.

Andrew loved his family, motorcycles, art, and tattoos.
