Andrew "Andy" Vernon Johnson was born on June 9, 1925 at Fredericktown, Missouri the son of Luther and Viola Mae (Bone) Johnson and passed away on January 14, 2016 at Fredericktown at the age of 90 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Charles, Burette, and Edgar, and sisters Rosie, Modena, Mary, and Helen. He is survived by his wife Bettie Johnson, one son Donald (Mary Ann) Johnson, one daughter Shirley Mumper, four grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. He was a member of the First Baptist Church where he enjoyed going and also enjoyed playing music and spending time at the Tall Timber Music Land. Andrew served in the United States Navy during World War II and was a 32 Degree Shriner and a member of the Scottish Rite.
