Anita Jane Mills was born April 6, 1969 at Cape Girardeau, Missouri the daughter of Joseph & Mary Lou (Martin) Howard and passed away on July 8, 2016 at her residence at Marquand, Missouri at the age of 47 years.
Anita was preceded in death by her parents, sister Carol Howard and brother Wayne Howard.
Anita married Scott Mills on September 1, 1989 at Liberty Congregational Methodist Church at Marquand, Missouri who survives. Also surviving are Two (2) daughters Sahra Mills Burns of Fredericktown and Jillian Mills Stortz of Perryville, Mo. Two (2) brothers Doyle Howard of Patton, Mo., & Jospeh Howard of Jackson, Mo. Three (3) sisters Victoria Maine of Cocoa Beach, Florida, Ginger Herrera of Denver, Colorado & Dawn Miller of Burfordsville, Mo. Two (2) grandchildren Jake Stortz & Liam Burns.
Anita was a member of Cape County Cowboy Church. She enjoyed shopping, decorating and cooking.
