Anna Michelle Kisner was born October 1, 1995 at Ste. Genevieve, Missouri the daughter of Larry Wayne Kisner Jr. and Melissa Marie (Dycus) Parsley and passed away on November 17, 2017 in Millersville, Missouri at the age of 22 years.
Anna is survived by her parents Larry Kisner (Delana) and Missy Parsley (Tim Johnson), brother Deacon Wayne Kisner, grandparents Larry W. Kisner Sr., Judy Kisner, Dennis & Diane Dycus and great grandmother Patsy Ochs.
Anna enjoyed horseback riding, tennis & cooking.
