Barbara Ann Hovis was born March 13, 1953 at St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter Velma (Vincent) and Gene Pyles and passed away on November 29, 2021 Crystal City, Missouri, at the age of 68 years.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Gary Hovis who she married on July 11, 1976 and her parents Velma and Gene Pyles.

Barbara is survived by her daughters Rachel and husband Daniel Hurst of Cherry Hill, New Jersey and Kristi and husband James Tokko of Louisville, Kentucky. Two (2) brothers Bob Warren of Oklahoma, Ron Pyles of Texas, and One (1) sister Cindy Pyles of Fredericktown, Missouri. Two grandchildren Justus and Levi.

Barbara was of the Christian Faith and enjoyed being with family, loved her grandchildren, shopping games, the St. Louis Cardinals, College Football, talking about the Bible and Christian Music.
