Barbara Jean Williams was born April 30, 1939 at Riscoe, Missouri the daughter Milburn and Mary Catherine (Oakley) Ellis and passed away on December 31, 2020 at Fredericktown, Missouri at the age of 81 years. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter Vikcy File.

Barbara is survived by her husband Wayne Williams whom she married on April 28, 1978 at Las Vegas, Nevada. Also, One (1) son Rodney Stevenson of Detroit, MI, Four (4) daughters Marsha Brown of St. Louis, Mo., Kathey Stevenson of Michigan, Donna Drier of Overland, Kansas and Rhonda Cook of Tennessee. One (1) sister Frankie Knapp of Gideon, Mo. Eleven (11) grandchildren and Nineteen (19) great grandchildren.

Barbara was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed fishing, gardening and gambling.

Memorials may be made to the Lung Cancer Association.

A memorial service will be held from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Fredericktown Eagles Lodge.
