Ben Wayne Garrison was born September 1, 1944 at Detroit, Michigan the son of Bonnie Wayne and Oeda (Hopkins) Garrison and passed away on August 24, 2009 at Southbrook Skilled Nursing Center in Farmington, Missouri at the age of 64 years.
Ben was preceded in death by his parents Bonnie Wayne & Oeda (Hopkins)Garrison,step-father Roland Schirmer, sister Peggy Bratcher.

Ben is survived by his wife Carol (Parson) Garrison whom he married on October 12, 1995 at Huntsville, Alabama. Four (4) sons Robert W. Garrison of DeSoto, Missouri, Michael S. Garrison of DeSoto, Missouri, Mardis W. Shemwell of Huntsville, Alabama and Harlan R. Shemwell of Ironton, Missouri. Five (5) daughters Karren L. Davis of DeSoto, Missouri, Camella L. Wadlow of Ironton, Missouri, Tabatha J. Michel of Fredericktown, Eartha D. Michel of Fredericktown and Trenna L. Vance of Fredericktown.One (1) sister Vickie Griffin of Cedar Hill, Missouri
Twenty Nine (29) grandchildren and Five (5) great grandchildren.

Ben was of the Protestant Faith. He enjoyed hunting deer, barbeques and Christmas was his favorite holiday.
