Bernease Rose Ballew was born April 16, 1931 at Poplar Bluff, Missouri the daughter of Charles Marion & Birdie Lee (Johnson) Jarrett and passed away on June 26, 2013 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis at the age of 82 years.
Bernease was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Arley J. Ballew, baby daughter Wanda Ballew, brother Marion Jarrett, Earl Jarrett, half brother Elijah Timmons, sister Stella Hernandez, half sisters Naomi Walker & Mary Birdsong, sister-in-law Dorothy Stacy.
Bernease is survived by children Anna L. (Ivan) Lewis, Martha (Carl) Knox, Roy (Hilda) Ballew. Ten (10) grandchildren, Twenty Five (25) great grandchildren and Two (2) great great grandchildren.
Sister-in-laws Iona Jarrett & Darlene Jarrett, brother & sister-in-law Acy & Louise Ballew.
Bernease was affiliated with Faith Baptist Church.
