Born in Saco, Missouri, to Lester and Eithel (Miller) Skaggs, Betty lived a life filled with love, strength, and devotion to her family.  She passed away peacefully in Bridgeton, Missouri, at the age of 85.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Mildred Whitener and Dean Thompson; her brother, William (Bill) Skaggs; and her son, Richard Deason.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Ed Noonan; her sons, Kevin Sugar (Tammy) and Mike Deason; and her daughters, Kelly Sugar, Tracey Sugar-Braden, Patricia Shatto-Deason (James), and Billie Deason.

Betty was a cherished grandmother to Stephanie Sugar, Courtney Sugar, Jeffrey Tanner, Adam Feast, Austin Braden, Tristan Braden, Nikki Wells, Lindsey Crews, Billy Joe Deason, Danielle Shatto, Kendra Shatto, Brianna Shatto, Billy Joe Deason, Josh Deason, Alissa Deason, Andrea Deason, Tori Nichols, Casey Deason and Zack Deason.

She will be truly loved and deeply missed by all who knew her.
