Betty Lou Raymond was born January 8, 1939 the daughter of Jennings Woodbury and Faye Lola (Kennon) Tinsley and passed away on October 31, 2023 at the age of 84 years in Fredericktown.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Rosa Lee Tinsley, Juanita Tinsley, Imogene Tinsley, Emma Lou Tinsley, Willis Tinsley, Marie Young (Charlie),

Bessie Skaggs (Willard), Glenwood Tinsley (Ruth), Helen Morris (Winiford), Edwin Tinsley (Pearline), John Tinsley. Lowell Raymond – spouse divorced, Ronald Raymond step-son, Maxine Raymond – daughter. Long time friend Raymond Kalp.

Betty is survived by a son William Raymond (Judy), grandchildren and great grandchildren, siblings Hilda Lenaburg-Lee, Harry Tinsley-Betty, Raymond Tinsley-Anita, Roy Tinsley-Loretta & Kenneth Tinsley-Doris.
