Bill Rauls was born on July 7, 1941 in Madison County the son of Charles Franklin and Blanche Mae (Shoemake) Rauls and passed away on May 14, 2012 at his residence at the age 70 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, wives Marge (Smallen) Rauls and Velva Joan (Williams), and one brother Robert Rauls. Bill is survived by step-daughters Lisa West of Annapolis, Missouri; Pam Julius of Union, Missouri, Tammy Matthews of Union, Missouri, and Theresa Dodson of Oklahoma; two (2) sisters Lillian Manion of Farmington and Katherine Rauls of Fredericktown; one niece Diann Power of Utopia, Texas; and three (3) nephews Kenny Rauls of Fredericktown, Joseph Solomon of St. Louis, and Gary Rauls of Kerville, Texas. Bill attended the Mt. View Church and enjoyed fishing and watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
