Billy Joe Phillips Sr. was born on April 21, 1955, at Lutesville, Missouri, the son of Harold and Lorane Phillips, and passed away on September 27, 2024, at the age of 69 years.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, and one (1) son Daniel Phillips.

Billy is survived by his wife, Vicki Phillips, who he married on May 30, 1976, at Fredericktown, one (1) son, Billy (Amy) Phillips Jr., one (1) sister, Susie (Tom) Smith, four (4) grandchildren, Ethan Phillips, Corben Phillips, Grady Phillips, Wren Phillips, and one (1) great-grandson, Dallen Joe Phillips.

Billy was of the Christian Faith, and he enjoyed riding his Harley, deer hunting, and spending time with his family.
