Blondeena Etta Jane Stephens was born on April 21, 1929 at Buckhorn, Missouri the daughter of Oscar and Berda (Stephens) Barrett and passed away on June 19, 2012 at the Stockhoff Nursing Home in Fredericktown at the age of 83 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband D.G. Moore who she was united in marriage to on February 28, 1948 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, one daughter Maryetta Counts, and three (3) brothers Howard Barrett, Norman Barrett, and Sherman Barrett. She was united in marriage to Leland Stephens on October 1, 1991 in Pocahontas, Arkansas. She is survived by her husband Leland, one son Mark Moore of Marquand, two stepsons Craig Stephens of Marquand and Leland Stephens of O'Fallon, and one step daughter Deborah Kovac of Harvester, Missouri. Also two grandchildren Scott Counts and Jennifer Anderson and five step-grandchildren Rachael Stephens, Kimberly Kovac, Willie Kovac, Andrea Stephens, and Kimberly Stephens. Blondeena enjoyed sewing, gardening, and collecting banks and statuets.
