Burnies Dees was born September 11, 1934 at Piggott, Arkansas the son of Ebert & Mary Anna (Causey) Dees and passed away on April 19, 2012 at Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 77 years.
Burnies was preceded in death by his parents, son-in-law Richard Wallis and nephew Kevin Payne
Burnies married Wilma Myers on April 17, 1954 in Piggott, Arkansas. He is survived by his wife Wilma Dees, daughter Kathy Wallis, Two (2) brothers Etheridge (Linda) Dees, Norman (Nancy) Dees, Two (2) sisters Evelyn (Jack) Turner & Louise Crowe. Two (2) grandchildren Lance (April) Wallis & Bryce (Katie) Wallis also Five (5) great grandchildren.
Burnies was a member of the Marquand Methodist Church and enjoyed fishing & hunting.
