Carl Howard Howell was born February 20, 1939 at Fredericktown, Missouri the son of Melvin and Jane (Hughes) Howell and passed away on January 19, 2022 at St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 82 years.

Carl was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Clara Midge (Rehkop) Howell, daughter Karla Prsha, grandson Jeremy M. Prsha, sisters Billie Snow and Margie Graham.

Carl is survived by Three (3) sons Kevin (Kelly) Howell Fredericktown, Duiane (Shawna) Howell of Arnold Missouri and Paul Howell of Byrnes Mill, Missouri, One (1) brother John Howell of Rolla, Missouri. Five (5) grandchildren.

Carl enjoyed hunting and fishing.
