Carol Joyce Belken was born September 16, 1944 at Mine La Motte, Missouri, the daughter of Ted & Alta (Huffman) Matthews and passed away on May 2, 2019 at St. Louis at the age of 74 years.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Charles Belken whom she married on March 20, 1965 at Fredericktown, three (3) sons Michael (Cynthia)Belken, Timothy (Mary) Belken and Mark (Mary) Belken all of Libertyville. One (1) sister Sylvia (Larry) Finch of Mine LaMotte. Twelve (12) grandchildren Jonathon, Daniel, Kristopher (Sarah), Nathaniel, Robert, Marcus (Hannah), Megann, Garrett, Lucas, Dalton, John Paul & Patrick.

Carol was a member of Mine La Motte Freewill Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, reading, church activities and spending time with family
