Carol Lea Francis was born on March 28, 1948 at Peach Orchard, Missouri the daughter of Raymond Harding and Norma Maxine (Smith) McWilliams and passed away on April 18, 2025 at Fredericktown, Missouri at the age of 77 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Martina Snowbarger, and a son-in-law Paul Snowbarger.

Carol is survived by her husband Harold E. Francis whom she was united in marriage to on June 12, 1970 at Cherokee Pass, Missouri; one son Harold Ray Lee (Krista) Francis; two daughters Dorena Renee Brown and Regina (Jerad) Tittel; one brother Martin Ray McWilliams; one sister Diana Rae McWilliams; and ten grandchildren.

Carol was a member of the Union Light Church. She enjoyed volleyball, gardening, baking, playing badminton, making cards, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
