Caroline Halpin, the former Mrs. James R. Halpin, was born on February 13, 1946 at Bessville, Missouri the daughter of Joseph and Dorothy (Cureton) Starkey and passed away on August 23, 2015 at her residence in Fredericktown at the age of 69 years. She is survived by her parents, two daughters Angie Brotherton and Ammy Welker, one son James T. Halpin, four grandchildren Anna Pickert, Timothy Cook, Cora Martin, and Jose Siebert, and two great grandchildren Maddy Pickert and Caleb Pickert.
