Catherine C. "Kitten" Ivy was born November 15, 1919 the daughter of John Garrett & Adda Belle (Pettus) Blowers in Spartansburg, South Carolina and passed away on February 6, 2011 at Fredericktown at the age of 91 years.
Kitten was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James Monroe Ivy whom she married on December 4, 1944 in Spartansburg, South Carolina.
Kitten is survived by her children James Monroe (Tamela J.)Ivy II of Dallas, Texas and Catherine Lynn (Steven) Myers of Silverthorne, Colorado. Two (2)grandchildren Madelyn Mae Ivy & Michelle Marie Ivy.
Kitten was a member of the Fredericktown United Methodist Church. She enjyed reading, Friday Club, spending time with grandchildren & singing.
