Charlotte Anne Mills was born June 8, 1950 at Marquand, Missouri the daughter of Silvester and Neoma (Yount) Mills and passed away on March 30, 2024 in Fredericktown, Missouri at the age of 73 years.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents, sister Mary Elizabeth Mills, nephew Kevin Foster and brother -in-law Jerry Foster.

Charlotte is survived Two (2) brothers Dennis (Kathy) Mills and Patrick Mills, Three (3) sisters Marie Foster, Marcella Mills and Pauline Lockhart. Five Niece's and nephews Katy, Adam, Rusty, Becky and Jesse.

Charlotte was a member of Old Bethel Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading and puzzles.
