Cleo Burt Tripp was born July 17, 1911 at Leadwood, Missouri the son of William Edward and Dolly Ethel (Cash) Tripp and passed away on May 22, 2009 at his residence in Fredericktown at the age of 97 years.
Cleo was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Delie Elizabeth (Selvey) Tripp whom he married on February 17, 1932 at Fredericktown. Four (4) sons Glenwood Tripp, Richard "Edward" Tripp, William Cleo Tripp and Kenneth Wayne Tripp.One (1) brother Sam Tripp, Three sisters Daisy Frances, Betty McDaniel and Christine McDaniel.
Cleo is survived by Three (3) daughters Ann Frodyma & husband Walter of St. Charles, Mo., Glenda Naert & husband Donald of st. Louis, Mo., and Diane Burns & husband Jim of Fredericktown. One (1)son James Tripp & wife Lois of Farmington, One (1) sister Dorothy Dowd. Twenty (20) grandchildren, Thirty-Four (34) great grandchildrenand Four (4) great great grandchildren.
Cleo was a member of Mt. View Church and of the Pentacostal Faith.
