Clifford L. (Junior) Pense was born January 21, 1932 at East St. Louis, Illinois the son of Clifford and Martha Delpha (Beaver) Pense and passed away on September 12, 2017 at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. Missouri.

Clifford was preceded in death by his parents, Three (3) brothers Lois (Sonny) Ray Pense, Robert (Bob) Pense and Ronald Pense, One (1) infant sister Ruby Lorrane Pense and One (1) son-in-law Randy Shoemaker.

Clifford is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Esther Emma (Martin) Pense whom he married on January 25, 1953. Two (2) sons David L. (Charlet) Pense, Larry W. (Patty) Pense, One (1) daughter Cindy P. Shoemaker. Six (6) grandchildren and eight (8) great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and one cousin.

Clifford was of the Presbyterian Faith. He enjoyed attending music shows locally, especially The Good Ole Boys, The Hardees Gang on Monday and Friday evenings at Hardees and the Senior Center on Thursday evening. He and his wife Esther loved being snow birds to Fort Myers Beach, Florida, where they shared many winters site-seeing, and scoping out the Flea Markets.
