David Enoch Forsythe was born November 26, 1942 at Fredericktown the son of Elmer & Glenda (Hahs) Forsythe and passed away August 7, 2017 at Fredericktown at the age of 74 years.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents and sister Laura Forsythe.

Dave married Darlene (Glover) Forsythe on January 1, 1965 at Fredericktown.

He is survived by his wife Darlene, son David Wayne (Christa) Forsythe, daughter Kim (David "Buck") James, brother James Forsythe of Suffolk, Virginia. Five (5) grandchildren Amber (Corey) Strain, Larry James, Autumn James, Victoria Forsythe, Chloe Forsythe, two (2) great-grandchildren Jackson Strain, and Mia Strain.  David was a member of Calvary Church in Fredericktown.  He enjoyed watching nascar,  was pit crew member with Danny Moser, and also enjoyed motorcycles, and spending time with family and friends, and he never met a stranger.
