David Allen Neff of Fredericktown, Missouri and recently of Eufaula, Oklahoma passed away at his residence in Eufaula, Oklahoma at 11:05 a.m. on September 17,2012. Mr. Neff was born June 12, 1957 in Jacksonville, Illinois, the son of Niada M. (Barber) Neff and Johnnie I. Neff. David married Debra K. (Miller) Neff on December 31, 1988 she survives David in death. Also surviving are three daughters; Dusty L. Anderson (spouse, Steven), Sharyl M. Breitwiser (spouse, Dean),and Tina Martin (spouse, Matt), two sons; Steven L. Saxion (spouse Barbara) and Colt R. Tripp. Mr. Neff had 6 sisters; Linda Wahl (spouse, Ronnie),Paula Richards, Rosemary Ziegler (spouse, Bruce),Donna Wright (spouse Phil), JoAnn Kania, (spouse, Donny. One brother John (Tudor)Neff,(spouse, Donna) and nine grandchildren; Gunner, Gauge, Austin, Ella, Andi, Daylon, Steven, Bri, and Levi. Also several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Mr. Neff in death was his Father, Johnnie I. Neff, Mother Niada M. Neff , and sister Nell Winters.
