David Wayne Scaggs was born September 17, 1971 at St. Louis, Missouri the son of Benda Wilburn and passed away on June 19, 2015 at Madison Medical Center in Fredericktown at the age of 43 years. He was preceded in death by his mother. He is survived by his wife Cynthia (Sikes) Scaggs whom he was united in marriage to in 2001 at Fredericktown, two sons Jonnathon Skaggs and Ronald Grindstaff Jr. both of Fredericktown, one daughter Christy Cofer of Fredericktown, two brothers Jason Wilburn of Fredericktown and Ricky Huskey of Cape Girardeau, one sister Trina Huskey of Cape Girardeau, and four grandchildren. He enjoyed reading, walking, and playing with his grandchildren.
