Debi Francis was born August 30, 1983 at Jacksonville, Illinois the daughter of Sie and Kim (Wilson) Merriman and passed away on April 30, 2014 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis at the age of 30 years. She was preceded in death by her mother Kim Merriman and one brother Timothy Mounce. Debi was united in marriage to Buzz Francis Sr. on March 9, 2008 at Calvary Temple Church in Fredericktown. She is survived by her husband Buzz, three sons Gavin Merriman, Gauge Merriman, and Buzz Francis Jr.; her father and step-mother Sie and Ann Merriman Sr. of Farmington; three brothers Gary D. (Sara) Hileman of Florida, Christopher (Bernadette) Hileman of Wentzville, Sie (Devon Martine) Merriman Jr. of Wisconsin, two sisters Amanda (Kenny) Lyons of Fredericktown and Susan (Tony) Pinkley of Fredericktown, mother-in-law Bobbi  Mungle (Tony Jaco), father-in-law Richard (Paula) Francis, sister-in-laws Jessi (Matthew) Strong and Abby Clark, and brother-in-law Kyle (Danielle) Clark.  Debi was of the Christian faith and enjoyed being with her children and playing Zelda video game.
