Dennis S. Mills was born on April 14, 1959 at Fredericktown the son of Silvester "Pee Wee" and Neoma (Yount) Mills and passed away on June 30, 2025 at Fredericktown at the age of 66 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Mary Elizabeth Mills and Charlotte Mills, and one nephew Kevin Foster.

Dennis is survived by his wife Kathy (Tucker) Mills whom he was united in marriage to on March 6, 1982 at the Mountain View Church; one son Adam (Tabby) Mills; one daughter Katy (Chris) Tinnin; one brother Patrick Mills; three sisters Della Marie Foster, Catherine Pauline Lockhart, and Marcella Mills; and four grandchildren Nicholas and Ava Tinnin, Benjamin and Jillian Mills.

Dennis was of the Christian faith and enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, and playing music.
