Donald Eugene Phipps age 90 years of Fredericktown, Mo died Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Stockhoff Nursing Home.
He was born May 10, 1927 at Saco, Mo. to the late Iva Byron and Trecia Underwood Phipps. He was preceded in death by one brother, Alonzo delno Phipps. He is survived three nieces Delmyra Montgomery of Annapolis, Maryland, Renee Cooper of ParkHills, Mo. and Kimberly Phipps of Fredericktown, Mo., two great nieces and one great nephew, two great great nieces and one great great nephew .
Mr. Phipps a retired accountant served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. he was a member of the Roman Catholic Faith, the american Legion and Knights of Columbus. The Rite of Christian Burial with Mass was celebrated by Father John Braun at St. Michael Church in Fredericktown, Mo. on May 8, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
Interment was in the Christian cemetery of Fredericktown, Mo. under the direction of the Follis & Sons Funeral Home.
