Donald Gene Pickert was born April 25, 1955 at Fredericktown the son of Vernon and Sally Mae Shoemaker Pickert, and passed away on July 17, 2018 at his residence in Fredericktown at the age of 63 years.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, brother Bill Pickert, nephew Travis Lewis and step-granddaughter Taylor Weakley.

Donald married Shirlene (Hodge) Pickert on April 14, 2001 at Fredericktown who survives.

Donald is survived by One (1) son Donnie (Miranda) Pickert, Two (2) step-daughters Nikki (Jack) Harris of Fredericktown, Misti (Junior) James of Marble Hill, Mo.,  One (1) brother Davey Pickert of Fredericktown, Two sisters Linda and husband Lewis Link of Farmington Judy Lewis and Joe Parmer of Fredericktown. Four (4) grandchildren, Eight (8) step-grandchildren, six (6) great grandchildren, Two (2) nephews David Lewis Jr & Joey Lewis, Two (2) nieces Lisa Lewis & Kimberly Lewis

Donald was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed hunting, fishing and wood working
