Doris Jean Kennedy was born October 12, 1952 in Louisville, Kentucky the daughter of James R. King and Lois Jean (Coomer) King and passed away on August 31, 2023 at Warsaw, Missouri at the age of 70 years.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents and sister Jane King.

Doris is survived by her husband Steven Kennedy, who she married on May 9, 1971, one (1) son Steven Kennedy Jr. (Brian Collins). One brother Jim King of Fredericktown, MO. Two (2) grandchildren Daccota (Brent) Lenny of St. Louis, MO., Emerson Kennedy of St. Louis, MO and one (1) great granddaughter Della Lenny of St. Louis, Mo.

Doris enjoyed family and friends, cooking and just being with people.

Doris worked in factory work and drove a truck with her husband and retired in 2018.
