Dorothy Marie Lamb was born on June 17, 1925 at Fredericktown, the daughter of Roy and Celia Means, and passed away on May 26, 2017 at the age of 91 years at Fredericktown.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Carl Lamb, whom she married on October 10, 1945 at Fredericktown, one (1) sister and brother in law Florence (Betty) and Bob Eck, one (1) brother and sister in law Otis and Rose Means.
Dorothy is survived by two (2) sons Charles (Vicki) Lamb, Richard (Debra) Lamb, one (1) daughter Rita (Andy) Yount, one (1) sister Irene (Bob) Bell, five (5) grandchildren Ann Robins, Charlene Lamb, Lynn McCombs, Travis Lamb, Carrie Lamb, and four (4) great-grandchildren Lily Smallen, June McCombs, Isaac Robins, and Amelia Robins.
Dorothy was a member of the Bethel United Baptist Church, and enjoyed teaching school which she did for 41 years, traveling, reading, cooking, and square dancing.
