Dorothy Jean Laplant's Obituary
Dorothy Jean LaPlant was born July 27, 1924 at Marquand, Missouri the daughter of Samuel Lee & Eva Mae (McDaniel)Combs and passed away on June 24, 2009 at ClaRu DeVille Nursing Center in Fredericktown at the age of 84 years.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, brother Truman Combs, grandson Eric Ivy.
Dorothy was survived by Three (3) sons dewey (Patsy) Ivy, Appleton, Wisconsin, Donnie (Vel) Ivy des Arc, Missouri, Larold "Buddy" (Mary) Ivy. One (1) daughter Jackie (Dan) Biggs. One (1) sister Vallie Miller. Fourteen (14) grandchildren and Thirty Four (34) great grandchildren.
Dorothy was of the Southern Baptist Faith. She also enjoyed animals and bird watching.
