Douglas Wayne Starkey was born on November 7, 2007 at Farmington, MO the son of Roy E. and Lois M. (Parson) Starkey and passed away on March 3, 2026 at the age of 18.

Douglas is survived by his parents and brother Jaxson Shipley, sisters Lawana Starkey, Lisa Payne, Lesley Ellis, Emilie Starkey and numerous other family members.

Douglas enjoyed working on his truck, hunting, loved animals and selling on Facebook marketplace.
