D'Wayne Johnson was born January 29, 1969 at Fredericktown, the son of Jerry Johnson, and Shirley (Roger) Bollinger, and passed away on February 15, 2011 at St. Clare Hospital in St. Louis at the age of 42 years.
D'Wayne was preceded in death by his father Jerry Johnson, sister Tonia Foss, Niece Fallon Foss, Grandparents Roy & Ofie Johnson, Vernon & Lillie Mae Walker, and Glen & Madge Bollinger.
D'Wayne is survived by his wife Joni, whom he married in November of 2005 at Fredericktown, two (2) sons Bradley Siliven, and Jazzton Johnson, his parents Shirley (Roger) Bollinger, of Fredericktown, four (4) sisters Vicki (Steve) McKinnis of Fredericktown, Lisa (Danny) Slinkard, of Fredericktown, Robin Yount, of Fredericktown, Heather (Greg) Burns, of Fredericktown, Mother and Father in Law Rick & Elaine Smith, of Fredericktown, Brother and Sister in law Tim and Kerry Smith of Fredericktown, two (2) stepbrothers, Roger Bollinger Jr., Ross (Patti) Bollinger, two (2) stepsisters, Rhonda (Steve) Diebold and Ruth Bryant, five (5) Nephews, Gabe McKinnis, Luke McKinnis, Andy Clark, Tom Foss, Stephen Foss, five (5) nieces, Joanna Mathes, Tara LaChance, Jenna Follis, Cassie Foss, and India Foss.
D'Wayne attended Cobalt Village General Baptist Church, and had a passion for music, a gift as an artist, enjoyed exploring sites, history, books, loved jamming with his friends, and all of the great family gatherings.

VISITATION: after 5:00 P.M. Thursday February 17, 2011 at the Follis & Sons Funeral Home.

SERVICES: 1:00 P.M. Friday February 18, 2011 at the Follis & Sons Funeral Home.

INTERMENT: Christian Cemetery.
