Earl Eugene Kemp was born on February 15, 1933 at Saco, Missouri the son of Wade Oscar and Gilla Belle (Berry) Kemp Sr. and passed away on January 13, 2015 at his residence in Annapolis, Missouri at the age of 81years. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Charles R. Kemp, Wade O. Kemp Jr., Virginia LaPlant, Georgia Shoemake, and Wilma Jones. He is survived by his wife Oleta Jean (Miller) Kemp whom he was united in marriage to on September 23, 1970 at Fredericktown. Earl was of the Baptist faith.
