Edna Viola Wood was born November 16, 1930 at Patton, Missouri the daughter of Henry Floyd & Minnie Viola (Moyers) Aslinger and passed away on June 16, 2009 at St. Claire Hospital in Fenton, Missouri at the age of 78 years.
Edna was preceded in death by her parents, Five (5) sisters, Two (2) brothers and her husband Jim Wood whom she married on August 20, 1966 at Dillard, Missouri.
Edna is survived by One (1) son Jimmie Albright, Two (2) step-sons Jimmy Wood & Jack Wood, One (1) daughter and son-in-law Connie (Jerry) Matthews, One (1) step-daughter Mary Carol Mudra. One (1) brother & sister-in-law Harold (Shirley) Aslinger. nine (9) grandchildren and Fourteen (14) great grandchildren.
Edna was a member of the United Methodist Church of Fredericktown and Optimist Club of Fredericktown.
