Elizabeth "June" Shaffer was born on May 23, 1942, at Gasconade County, Missouri, the daughter of Stanley and Leah Bialczyk, and passed away on November 27, 2022, at the age of 80 years.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Thurman Cecil "Bill" Shaffer, who she married on January 27, 1959, at Silva, Missouri, two (2) sisters Mary Ann Simpson, Nettie Barton, and one (1) brother Joseph Bialczyk.

Elizabeth is survived by one (1) son Thurman Cecil (Brigitte) Shaffer, four (4) daughters, Sue (Roger) Pogue, Carol June Shaffer, Cheryl Lynn Long, Geneva Pauline Shaffer, one (1) sister Ruth McDaniel, ten (10) grandchildren, and eleven (11) great-grandchildren.

Elizabeth enjoyed fishing, square dancing, and crocheting.
