Elmer Frank "Pops" Cannon was born on October 11, 1923 at Doniphan, Missouri the son of Robert and Gertie Cannon and passed away on August 23, 2014 at Stockhoff Nursing Home in Fredericktown at the age of 90 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, three wives, one brother Cecil Cannon, and three sisters Rosey Carter, Dorris Hulvey, and Maxine Cannon. His survived by one son Robert (Rosey) Cannon, four daughters Marla Beck, Julie Cannon, Reda (Michael) Baughman, and Reatha Parker, two step-daughters Rosey Cannon and Linda Finch, three sisters Mary Ford, Imogene Cannon, and Phyliss Backs, thirty nine grandchildren, and twenty five great grandchildren.
