Evelyn Ruth Jordan was born August 28, 1933 at Coldwater, Missouri, the daughter of Hugh Author and Thelma Dena (Schaeffer) Stevens and passed away on September 8, 2014 at Red Rose Nursing Home in Cassville, Missouri at the age of 81 years.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, sister Bertha Holland, granddaughter Jammie Lee Jordan daughter of Jim and Betty Jordan of Shell Knob, Missouri.
Ruth is survived by her husband Willard whom she married on October 16, 1948. Her children Ronald W. Jordan of Holiday Island, Jim Jordan and wife Betty of Shell Knob, Missouri, Arley G. Jordan and wife Kathy of Green River, Wyoming and Sandy Jordan of Green River, Wyoming. Brothers Arley Stevens and wife Helen of Fredericktown and Woody Stevens and wife Leota of Fredericktown. Along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
