Fallon Nichole Foss was born January 16, 1992 at St. Louis, the daughter of Thomas Sr. and Tonia Foss and passed away Friday July 31, 2009 at the age of 17 years.
Fallon was preceded in death by her mother Tonia, grandfather Jerry Johnson, and great-grandparents Vernon and Lillie Mae Walker.
Fallon is survived by her grandparents Roger and Shirley Bollinger of Fredericktown, Hobart and Arpha Slinkard of Fredericktown two (2) brothers Stephen (Erica) Foss of Poplar Bluff, Thomas Foss of Fredericktown, two (2) sisters, Cassie Foss of Fredericktown, and India Foss of Fredericktown one (1) neice Kiley Foss, one (1) nephew Landon Foss. Aunts Vicki (Steve) McKinnis, Robin Yount, and Lisa (Danny) Slinkard, uncle D'Wayne (Joni) Johnson.
Cousins Joanna (Travis) Mathes, Gabe (Amy) McKinnis, Luke McKinnis, Andy (Cindy) Clark, Jenna (Collin) Follis, Tara (Randy) LaChance, Bradley Siliven, and Jazzton Johnson, Josh Slinkard, and Janna Slinkard.
Fallon enjoyed reading, shopping, spending time with family and friends, and was a poster child for families going through the same surgery she had been through.

Visitation will be held after 5:00 P.M. Monday August 3, 2009 at the Follis & Sons Funeral Home.

Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday August 4, 2009 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Fredericktown

Memorials are suggested to the Shriners Hospital, or to the Fallon Foss Memorial in care of Follis & Sons Funeral Home.
