Fay Shrum was born on January 24, 1936 at Esther, Missouri the daughter of Michael and Naomi (Loughary) Sales and passed away on February 20, 2014 at Madison Medical Center at the age of 78 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Virgil Shrum whom she was united in marriage to on June 7, 1952 at Piggot, Arkansas, two sisters Mary Robinson and May Murry, and one brother Melvin Sales. Fay is survived by one son Steve (Chris) Shrum of Fredericktown, one daughter Julie Nickelson of Ozark, Missouri. Five (5) grandchildren Dustin Hayman, John Nickelson, Karl Chamberlain, Becky McDowell & Michelle Boillot. Five (5)great grandchildren Jordan Hayman, Jerod Hayman, Jackson Chamberlain, Seth McDowell & Luke McDowell two brothers John Sales of Greenville, Illinois and J.C. Sales of Farmington, and two sisters Naomi Hammond and Bernice Green both of Fredericktown.
