Fay Lorraine Umfleet was born May 8, 1924 at Fredericktown the daughter of John and Alice (Bollinger) Matthews and passed away on December 2, 2019 at Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 95 years.

Fay was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Alvin Umfleet whom she married on October 18, 1946 at Cape Girardeau, brothers and sisters Harold, A.J., William, Clarence & John Matthews, Wilma Matthews & Zelta Rouse.

Fay is survived by Three (3) sons Richard (Kathy) Umfleet, Garry (Donna) Umfleet & David (Tanya) Umfleet and One (1) daughter Connie (Norman) Hahn. Also, One (1) sister Alma Smith. Many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Fay was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening, walking and just being active.
