Flossie Sue Pogue was born March 1, 1944 at Greeley, Missouri the daughter of Clinton Curtis and Flossie Matilda (Smith) Hayes and passed away on February 28, 2020 at Fredericktown at the age of 75 years.

Flossie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dallas Gene Pogue whom she married on July 4, 1964 at her parents' home on Saline Street.  Also, children Pamela Sue and Steven Ray and three other infants. Siblings Wilburn Hayes, Willard Hayes, Tommy Hayes, Lowell Hayes, Roberta Smith, Eileen May, Dalena Wisdom, Leon Hayes and Darrell Hayes who both died in infancy.

Flossie is survived by her son Randy Gene (Missy) Pogue, a brother Bobby (Doris) Hayes and sister Betty (Dallas) Huffman. Grandchildren Elizabeth (Jake) Nahrup, Samantha Pogue & William Gene Pogue. One (1) great grandchild Zachary Nahrup.

Flossie was of the Christian Faith and attended First Assembly of God Church and Church of Many Blessings in Fredericktown.

Flossie enjoyed cooking, her grandkids and was known for her famous sweet tea.
