Frances Elaine Filley was born on May 10, 1946, at Valley Park, Missouri, the daughter of Ralph and Myrtle Hoisington, and passed away on May 10, 2026, at the age of 80 years.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David Filley, who she married on August 4, 1967, at St. Louis.

Elaine is survived by two (2) sons, Daniel (Margaret) Filley, Kirk (Kate Novak) Filley, seven (7) grandchildren, Daniel Filley Jr., Raymond (Kora) Filley, Dillen Filley, Holly Filley, Christopher Filley, Brandon Keilhotz, Joshua Keilholz, and six (6) great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Filley, Jacob Filley, Joycelyn Filly, Mckinnley Filley, Bryce Filley, and August Filley.

Elaine was of the Christian faith.  She enjoyed gardening, cooking, bird watching, spending time with her family.
