Frances Viola Nalley was born on May 10, 1923 at Toccoa, Georgia the daughter of Grady William and Florence (Coe) Young and passed away on February 5, 2013 at Fredericktown at the age of 89 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James Harold Nalley Sr. whom she was united in marriage to in 1940 at Walhalla, South Carolina, and one brother Frank Young. Frances is survived by one daughter Carolyn (Ken) Hinkle of Fredericktown and one son James Harold (Barbara) Nalley Jr. of Simpsonville, South Carolina, three (3) grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Frances was a member of Hillstreet Baptist Church at Toccoa, Georgia and the Eastern Star at Toccoa, Georgia. She enjoyed spending time with her family and working in the church and being on the hospitality committee.
