Fred Joseph Stoffregen was born on August 23, 1961, at Cape Girardeau, the son of Fred and Gelena (Culp) Stoffregen, and passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 60 years.

Fred was preceded in death by his parents.

Fred is survived by his wife Lori Stoffregen, who he married on September 11, 2010, his four (4) children Josh (Tim) Stoffregen-Foye, Jake Stoffregen, Jenny (Alex) Carr, Corey Hodzic, five (5) grandchildren, Cullin Stoffregen, Jubrey Stoffregen, Liora Stoffregen, Ori Stoffregen, Wyatt Carr, three (3) sisters Sharon (Wally) Eck, Karen (Joe) Kight, Claudia (Scott) Voges, nieces and nephews Amanda (Mike) Mitchel, Sullivan Keill, Kasey, Derek & Emery Welch, Chad (Tammy) Smith & Kori Voges.

Fred retired from the Missouri State Highway Patrol after over 29 years of service, Fred enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, and spoiling his grandkids.
