Georgia Ann Marie (Clawson) Teague was born April 29, 1925 at Ste. Genevieve, Missouri the daughter of Joseph and Marie Clawson and passed away on December 28, 2008 at the John J. Pershing V.A. Hospital in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Georgia was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Eugene Teague whom she married on January 1, 1976 at St. Louis, Missouri. Three (3) brothers Deane, Gordon, and Royce Clawson.
Georgia is survived by one (1) son David Clawson of Fredericktown, Missouri and six (6) grandchildren Kathryn "Katie" Clawson, Matthew "Box" Clawson, Rachael Genaro, Daniel Wagner, David Wright all of Fredericktown, and Jamie Henson of Park Hills, Missouri and two (2) great-grandchildren Kayle and Andrew Genaro.
Georgia was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Vietnam era as WAC nurse.
Visitation will be held on January 2, 2008 after 10:30 A.M. at the Follis & Sons Funeral Home.
Services will be held on January 2, 2008 at 12:30 P.M. at the Follis & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Bearden officiating.
Interment will be held in Jefferson Barracks Cemetery.
