Gerald Robert "Jerry" LaChance was born August 31, 1942 at Knob Lick, Missouri the son of Orville & Blanche (Mackley) LaChance and passed away in Farmington, Missouri on March 28, 2014 at the age of 71 years.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents Orville & Blanche LaChance.

Jerry married Myra Firebaugh on June 30, 1962 at Mine La Motte.

Jerry is survived by his wife Myra LaChance One (1) son Michael (Tracey) LaChance of Ellington, Missouri and One (1) daughter Pam (John) Brewen of Fredericktown. Three (3) sisters Rosalee (Everett) Hampton of Farmington, Betty (Jack) Skinner of Farmington and Beverly Piucci of Port Orange, Florida.

Seven (7) grandchildren and Four (4) great grandchildren.

Jerry was affliated with the Church of God of Knob Lick. He enjoyed Cardinal Baseball, family, kids and grandchildren, also hunting & fishing.
